I recently moved, so every aspect of moving in seemed to go wrong. I had a couple of issues with the install (honestly it was my fault because I wasn't home when the tech arrived) but everything got resolved really quickly. The call center agents are courteous but the thing I really like is how easy it is to talk to someone in corporate. What other company does that??? I had issues with at&t lately and 10 months later, a corporate rep still hasn't called me, no matter how many times I request it... Same issue with comcast... Never got to speak to anyone in corporate! Direcpath is OK in my book!!
