I bought a 2011 Grand Caravan (This is the 4th caravan/voyager I
bought so far) on March 28 and was told that this caravan is
with new engine which only requires oil change at 6 month or 13,000
km. I was called at end of July for warranty repairs.in the mean
time, the van's "oil change" light was on. I therefore had oil changed
and warranty repairs done. The kilometers was only 5,861.
The "oil change" light was on again last week with a kilometers of
less than 11,000 km. The dealer called me today reminding me to
schedule for oil change and again warranty repairs. The dealer said
oil change should be at 3 months or 5,000 km.
My complaint is the Chrysler's printed Maintenance Service Schedule
come with the Caravan stating "oil change at 6 months or 13,000 km".
Why "oil change" light is on at every 5,000 km?
