At abou 3:00 on Friday an incompetent DirecPath tech disconnected the wrong satellite feed - our instead of our neighbor who moved out. We have to use this service at our apartments. I had to go their robot customer service in the Phillipines who were most unhelpful. They made a mistake yet they cannot reconnect until Monday between noon and 5:00. DirectTv who provides the service is giving a discount and said that if our apartment had onto signed a contract with DirecPath to do all their servicing they would have reconnected Friday since it waas their fault, but DirecPath doesn't care about customer service. They only care about taking your money and trying to frustrate you as much as possible. I have asked for corporate in Atlanta to call me 3 times. The foreign customer service robots say they'll call within 24 hours. It's been 72 hours plus and Nothing. They don't care that I missed my football game or that it inconveniences me. They just want to provide me the least for my money, which is none. I think they should have to pay pain and suffering, not direct tv giving the discount. DirecPath sucks! Run far and fast if you ever get offered that service. All you will get is a headache and a sore throat from screaming on deaf ears and heartless souls.
