I'm sorry i've been reading these reviews and wonder if we're talking about the same company. I've had Direcpath for over a year and i'm satisfied. I've dealt with Comcast and their shady 2 minute deals with so many underlying clauses its ridiculous. DirecTv I cancelled after 3 months. It takes less than 1 minute to get a rep on the phone. Try that with Comcast. Unless of course you pretend you're a new customer. My bills are on time. My service has been interrupted once in 14 months due to technical difficulties. With comcast it was every other week.
I'm not saying their perfect. But until the "perfect" cable company comes out... I'll stay with direcpath.
