On Friday afternoon a DirecPath tech cut off the satellite service to the wrong apt. I tried to call and of course they have foreign customer service who lie and give you the run around. I'm sick of them! Now, I have to wait until
Monday between noon and 5:00 to have my service restored! DirecPath is just an agent who works on the service for these apt. Direct Tv told me if they had made the mistake and could come in and fix it they would have immediately, but the apt has a contract with
DirecPath who doesn't care about their customers, only taking your money. Knowing them, they will probably try to charge me for reconnection. I have asked 3 times for Atlants corporate to call me and have been told they would within 24 hours and I've heard nothing. Direct tv has given me a discount on my service, but DirecPath will have to pay nothing for their mistake and stupidity. I'm missing my football game. DirecPath should have to pay me for inconvenience and pain and suffering.
