I bought my home about 7 years ago, was told I could refinance after 3 years, different mortgage company at time, Chase bought it, every year after the last 3 years I bought the house, I contacted Chase for refinance so I could get a lower rate, they refuse to do it, said credit score was too low, seems they love it when you are stuck paying them money to sit back on, when you can't trust anything most mortgage companies tell you, which is sad, I see so many complaints about Chase, hope someone will see this, that can direct us all to who to contact, I have contacted few people, even consumer affairs. I'm on fixed income, had surgery, even have to take different meds, surgery was heart surgery, was born with a leaking valve..
