After 11yrs I'm told I have no Equity in my home. The hours on my job were cut for a while now I'm in foreclosure and fighting to keep my home. They told me I needed $2,500 to reinstatement my loan when I said I could get it.
They refused to take it from me. Then they said my debt ratio was to high to reinstate it and I need 5,000 at that point. They have repeated raised the monthly payments I thought were fixed, stated I was not entitled to a payment book, and started foreclosures before the end of my grace period. Chase Manhattan sucks!!!
