When this company purchased our water system we were using 2,000 - 3,000 gallons per month in winter and 5,000 or so in summer. They now claim we use at least 9,000 in winter and up to 60,000 gallons in summer.
Our bill before ran around $40 water/sewer. This month's is nearly $400. We are retired, almost 70 years old, take one shower a day each (2 people), have high efficiency appliances.
Customer service always says we have a leak, we hire a plumber to check, never a leak. Nor will they admit their meters malfunction.
After spending $10,0000 for new plumbing 2 months ago due to rust in the pipes from the conversion Aqua Tex did we know there isn't a leak. It should be criminal what this company does. Other companies that commit fraud pay. That's all this is.
