I purchased a Stationary Bike, it came DEFECTIVE. I called customer service and after being on hold for over 40 minutes they said they would replace it. I got a box sent that was 20 times the size I needed and was barely able to pack it and get it on the porch, UPS picked it up. The 2nd one came DEFECTIVE AGAIN! Called customer service after holding another 40 minutes, they said they would have to call me back (NEVER DID). I called again, another 40 minutes or more on hold. Now I am mad. I told them NO MORE replacements. I want my money back. Waiting for the boxes and UPS pick up again! I will not get my credit for 4-5 weeks.
