1. Called after receiving bad product & actually reached someone. Parts to be sent & repairman to fix

3. Can't reach customer service & online appears to be a form letter thing.
4. Sent complaint to BBB in Utah (please review Utah BBB complaint). No response.
DO NOT BUY A WESLO PRODUCT!!! For customer service reasons, I would also avoid Gold, Proform, Nordic Track, & others (these are all now owned by the same company!)
