I received a defective product—Snowman Scene—from this company. When I called to complain that it was defective, the salesperson transferred me to Customer Service. After waiting 37 minutes for Customer Service to pick up the line, I finally hung up and redialed. That was when I received a recording whereby I learned the company closed for the day just five minutes after I was transferred to CS.
I called again the next business day—a full 45 minutes before this company closes at 5:00, and I was once again transferred to a "Customer Service" area where I waited another 30 minutes. I consider myself to be a very patient person, but I'm afraid I will be putting this purchase into dispute with my credit card company. They will not be receiving my money since I will be paying for the over-usage of my cell phone.
All I wanted was a pre-addressed, postage paid label to use.
