After ordering my flowers for my mother 2 weeks in advance, I was just told (because I called to get the status of the delivery of her order at 8:00 PM) that they wouldn't deliver them until TUESDAY and give me half of the money back. When I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, they hung up on me after waiting for 30 minutes on hold to speak to someone and talking to an agent for 30 minutes! When I called back, I was told all of their available orders were filled up on Monday... I ordered 2 weeks ago! I will never, ever order with them again!
