My receiver had gone out 3x's in 24 hrs. Called the Tech Support was explained how to fix the problem each time, did them—each time. They want me to pay for a service plan for something that is their equipment. I am 7 months into a 2 yr contract. Everytime I turn around something is wrong with the system.

It can be a clear day-it goes out, it snows/rains it goes out, I sneeze it goes out.
This company tells their employees to LIE to customers so that they can get people to sign up and then change their contract to fit what they want.

This company needs to be stopped! We, as costumers, are being ripped off. They need to start listening to us. We need to start calling the corporate office and just keep calling until they do something.
