Kohls Corporate Refund

I had a very unpleasant experience talking to a Kohls Customer Service person when I called 1-800-837-0302 (select 2) 06/15 @11am. For one, you will need to wait for a long time to get connected with a representative. If you do not have the patience, I do not blame you if you will hang-up. From my experience, I tried several times, even waited for more than 30 minutes and used the speaker phone and patiently waited for somebody on the other end to answer back. I had a corporate refund dated 12/28 and till now I have not received the refund yet. I remember calling them several times in the past starting Jan but the call was taking too long and very frustrating so I just had to keep on trying next time until I've forgotten about it till now when I found agin the receipt. When I finally got to talk to the customer service on the other end, she was rude at all. I asked her why it was taking a long time - almost 6 months to process my refund, she said that that I should have called back and followed-up. I told her that I tried to call back several times but I had to wait for a long time and ended up hanging-up. She replied in an irritated manner that their Corporate Refund office really takes a while to answer back. I sensed that she was telling me that I was lucky that I finally got to talk to her. She verified my name and address and SS# and was able to resolve my refund issue within less than 2 mins. I asked her back that it only took her less than 2 mins to resolve my refund, but took 6 months and a follow-up call before it could be addressed. I told her that if I did not follow-up or lost my receipt, Kohls would not issue me a refund at all. Kohls out of courtesy, should send at least a letter to customers advising them of their unprocessed refund esp if it's almost 6 months now. I was actually annoyed myself with the way she was answering my questions with many unacceptable excuses that I decided to hang-up on her.

This is rediculous Customer Service. She should be re-educated on how to handle these kind of situations.

Kohls has been advertising on eay rutun policy but their Corporate refund policy is horrible, a nightmare. They should improve on this
