Have been a loyal Kohls customer for years but a recent change to their policy has me in knots. Made a purchase one day using $10 Kohls cash, returned the item for exchange the following day. Their new policy states, they don't refund "their" money, so no Kolh's Cash, even though it would not have been expired. I followed the rules to get the Kohl's cash, it's my money, not theirs as prices are usually higher when they are offering KC to cover their cost. Thinking I'll leave my receipt at home next time.
