What would make a company think that if the initial contact is with a RUDE SALES PERSON that a company would want to do business with Crescent Processing! Why would the experience be any different with a customer service person. And if a company can not honor a consumer request, why would a potential customer be treated with respect enough to honor the customers request.initial contact with the company sucks, so that pretty much tells you about the company itself!
