Their executive team is comprised of a group of people from a variation of professional backgrounds; however their VP of sales is no stranger to the types of complaints this company is receiving.in his "BIO" on Crescent's website it states that he "served as Director of Sales for a Prominent MSP/ISO in the payment processing industry." It goes on to speak of his 12 plus years of experience. Well the prominent MSP/ISO is none other than Certified Merchant Services. Don't know who that is?
