I met with the salesman for a "10-minute" review of their services. More than an hour later, I explained I was not prepared to commit to changing our credit card processor but would compare costs over the weekend & make a decision. I ultimately decided not to change service providers & returned the processing equipment unopened. The sales rep had stated there would be a $60.00 one-time activation fee IF we started their service. Lo & behold, the next thing I know we have been charged a $60.00 one-time "processing fee" for their "time & effort in reviewing our potential account." My first conversation w / Crescent Processing referred me to the sales rep. After two conversations with him, he told me it could only be handled through the main office. Customer service has not returned my calls. DON'T even meet with a rep from this company unless you want to give $60.00 away!
