On July 30, I received a sales letter for a program titled "Letter 2 Success" from Clarence Gardner, located somewhere in or near Clarksdale, Mississippi.
The letter stated "Guaranteed to Make you Money Now!!!"
"Let Us Fill Your Mailbox With Cash Money Order's Daily."
The letter further goes on, stating the following:
My name is Clarence Gardner. I am the Chairman and CEO of Clarence Gardner Inc. I have been working mail order programs for a long time. Despite the many obstacles we face with scammers. My company and I have had been a great success. Our team of experts here at Clarence Gardner Inc. Developed a system to make you large sums of money without you doing any work or investing hundreds of dollars to get the money you deserve...
He claims that the pay process starts with a 1000-piece mailing done within three days of receipt of the invitation.
