I purchased a white Iphone 4 32gb from the above company. As there was a choice of black or white I e-mailed Michael @ incredible gems my preference of white who promptly responded stating I would receive a white one. When I contacted him after ebay removed the item after which I already made the payment (bank-bank) he assured me that it was a legitmate sale referring me to their positve feedback and providing me with a link to a government document to prove their legitimacy. However I have heard nothing since. I have tried contacting them several times but no response. My main concern is that both sellers remain on ebay and if I really have been frauded like many others, they really need removed before catching anyone else out!!! My next problem is working out how to get my money back: (All help and tips welcome: D Morale of the story - Be aware of the above!!!
