Not Giving Consumers Notice

The city of Henderson is a poor county/city. The utility company does not have a website for consumers conveniencein order to pay online. The economy is not good right now. The customer service is bad and not willing to work with those consumers in terrible situations. City of Henderson should make terms that suit that community needs.
