you both are not alone, I did the same on 3/Sept and transferred the money direct. I have had 3 Emails from the Manager, 1st stating it was eBay's error, they're pages were removed and my order is being processed. 2nd Email to confirm my order. 3rd Email to say it was their new computer system that eBay didn't recognize.
I have sent emails in the past 3 days with no replies.
