I am in India.
I have placed an order on website myhealthwealthandandhappiness.com on 28th July for $20.95 and subsequently on September 12th for $29.95.
1-Not received any confirmation from their end, on the contrary I have received a message on both occassions that the transaction has failed, whilst as per my bank the amounts have been collected by the site MYHWH. BETHEA from my account.
2-I have not received the goods ordered and paid for.
The 1st transaction was done on 28th July for $20.95 for the August 8th Talisman.
And the second transaction was done on Monday 12th September for $29.95. For the Lucky 7 Key Chain
Bethea claims that in case of any problems she can be contacted on
[email protected] or on Telephone No: (203) 672-0089
and they will try and resolve the matter, however inspite of several messages to the email address, I have not even received a customary acknowledgement, whilst their telephone number only goes to an answering machine that they are available between 8am and 4pm EST, however even during the time 8am-4pm EST, the number also goes to an answering machine giving the same details.
