We received a phone call from The Student Achievement Center on May 28 touting their SAT/ACT College Exam Prep software. My wife decide to purchase it at a cost of $199.95. The package arrived approximately 3 weeks later in a damaged box. She called their customer service number only to get a busy signal. She attempted to call once or twice a day for several days with the same result. On July 7 I received an email notification that my credit card had been charged another $59.95 as a "recurring order" fee. This was never discussed or authorized at any time. I responded with an email demanding that these charges be removed. My wife called them at the same and this time got a message machine. She demanded that these charges be removed and requested information on returning the damaged goods. Since July 7th we have called many, many times only to get a busy signal or an answering machine. We've left messages and sent numorous emails. Today is August 26th and we haven't received a single response from these people.
