Tech service on new computer reviews - Dell Inspiron Lap Top

I called tech service on my new computer because the hyperlinks didn't work. I got Iyogi not Dell. They fixed my problem but then downloaded their repair software on my computer and said it was free when I asked. I asked again if it was free for the 2 month warrenty period and he said yes. I asked if I could uninstall it at that time and he said yes. I was reluctant to have a tech who controlled my computer install software without my permission but I wasn't going to annoy him at that time. When he finished there were giant one inch tall icons on my desktop with tool symbols. I asked if the icons were permanent and he said yes. I didn't do an evaluation though I was happy with the repair I didn't like the sales pitch and the invasion of software without my permission. I then uninstalled the software after 15 extra minutes of my time while it was installed.
