Ihad a problem with my desktop xps 400 at home.
The computer give herrors and also the monitor was flashing on and off. Dell tech told me that ishould reinstall the op and after i finish the computer still had the same problem i had to pay at from for this help them was told that i have to contact the software department because that was a software problem after i was charge for this service the tech installed from dell a mallware software to clean a virus. My computer still have the same problem finally the techs said need more memory my computer have 4gb they coudn't find the problem i decide to open the computer and clean up with small parts and vacuum after finish put back together and stard the computer installed a pcclean up software and ac anti virus software computer is running ligh new.
