Logged into zBiddy for first time, checking around, thought I was bidding on a $23.43 item but hadn't read instructions carefully.instead of bidding I was buying a "bid pack" and without any confirmation charged my debit card $159.00. Called them got a refund confirmation #269681 and was told it would take up to 7 days to process refund. It has now been 13 days and no refund.
