At about 10:00pm. On 8/22, I clicked on to www.ZBiddy.com, and clicked on their "Learn more" button. The page was about bidding on quality products and getting them for a lower than retail price.
Wanting to know more I had to fill out a personal information page. The next thing I know, I am charged a $99.00 fee for the priviledge of purchasing a bid pack. I did not choose to purchase a bid pack. I clicked "REPLY, " so that I could send a message right then to cancel my account & to refund the $99.00 that had been charged to my account.
This was basically my reply, Please cancel my account with ZBiddy.com and please REFUND my $99.00 fee which was charged to my account or my credit card, this charge was done before I was notified that there was any charge much less a $99.00 fee.
I can't remember exactly what I wrote to them, but that is something close.
I do know that I NEVER chose to purchase any bid pack, but ZBiddy claims that I did.
Again thank you for your help in this matter. I will be closing that account in the morning, so that no more charges can be made on that account!
