I called back in May or June about how the different functions through the use of the remote control were extremely slow. Also the HD channels, for the most part, do not appear to be in HD. I have compared my HD service to my friends and theirs is so HD. Mine is a joke. DirectTV has told me they are aware of my problem and they are working on it. They say they have been having problems in my area. I live out in the sticks. They say the box is not the problem. I have been paying for the HD and nada! All of the remote functions are super slow and are getting worse.
