When I ordered online, I was first asked to enter my billing/shipping address and credit card information. The website then offered the offer of buying 1 can of flexseal and receiving another for free and only pay the additional, separate shipping and handling. The website then asked, "how many would you like to order?" I indicated two, assuming it was two cans, not two orders of two cans. The website then ran through several additional offers during which I had the option to accept or continue. After running through the offers I was then shown my finalized order without an option to confirm my order or make any changes. It was then that I realized I had ordered and been charged for twice as many cans as I had intended to buy. I had no way to change, correct, or cancel my order. When I called the customer service phone number I was put on hold indefinitely.
