From a TV commercial, I ordered 2 cans of the sealant with the
option to get 2 additional cans at a reduced price, just pay
additional processing fee. The 2 can order was $19.99 processing.
FlexSeal sent 4 cans of the sealant, charged my credit card $79.78.
I called Flexseal's costumer service, received an RMA #, returned
all 4 cans to Flexseal for a refund of the $79.78.
I was informed that I would receive a refund $79.78 minus processing fee.
My credit card account was refunded $29.85.
I called costumer service once again to get an understanding of
the charges and the refund, only to be dropped from the conference
2 times consecutively.
