Be warned about Home Depot new return policy. I made large purchases for the past 2 month and now needed to return some extra materials I no longer need. I have receipt as well. I returned a few of these items in the past 4 weeks. Today I tried returning an item with receipt, i was turned down, with no explanation. I called store manager, he was a D%^&k head and did not want to listen, and asked me to call the independent company they have contracted with to track all returns of customers.
So now I am stuck with a few hundreds of merchandis I have receipt for and can not return. This is unaccptable, unreasonable and wrong..
