Home Depot Return Policy - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Took the time to ask the returns desk about returning items with out a reciept. They claimed that they could. I specifically stated, two years of random material from a job site. It was 193 items worth 435 dollars. Wasted 4 hrs bringing the items too Homedept. They rang it through their system, I gave them my drivers license and they give it back saying that it will not work. I call The Retail Equation and those fools tell me that I have returned too many in the past without a receipt. I am labeled as a someone who is fradulent and therefore put on a list of people that can not return anything for a specific period of time. Which is funny because I never made a return in the past without a receipt. I get their little report in the mail and it confirms that the only items I tried returning were those that I was denied on my one attempt. The Retail Equation can do nothing more than send me a report. They can't do anything else because "it is a Homedepot policy." Homedepot doesn't know their own policy, they were the ones that told me in the begining that I could return the items without a receipt. Soooo, after dropping $70,000 over the last two years at Homedepot, I will now go to Lowes. Homedepot wants to treat me like a crimminal, forget them.
