I returned all 3 items shirt had 2 holes / solar lights did not work. Ups picked up all 3 items packed together.in june. I am senior citizen 72. I have been billed late charges for merchandice which was all returned. I have made @ least 10 phone calls explaining. They keep saying i was supposed to make payments when the ge money bill arrived ;even though i returned merchandice. I now have 2 late charges; for july / aug/. Shop nbc has documented they received all merchandice joanna uvari
