Billed Late Charges for Merchandise Returned by UPS

I returned all 3 items shirt had 2 holes / solar lights did not work. UPS picked up all 3 items packed together. In June. I am senior citizen 72. I have been billed late charges for merchandise which was all returned. I have made @ least 10 phone calls explaining. They keep saying I was supposed to make payments when the GE Money bill arrived ;even though I returned merchandice. I now have 2 late charges; for July / Aug/. Shop NBC has documented they received all merchandice
