Ripoff, Returned Merchandise and ask for refund, I didn't authorize the charges to my account

I didn't authorize these charges.

I returned all merchandice unopened.

They refused to take my phone calls

I only agreed to try them. Not to purchased them.

I still have charges on my bill and not receiving any thing.
