I ordered the icon fitness treadmill Model 3.0 max from shop nbc. I later realized that the treadmill would be to heavy and too large for my small home. I called shop NBC to cancil the order and was told it was alredy mailed out and would be at my home in 7 to 10 days. It came t weeks later. I had planned not to accept it when the delivery was made to my door but I found the treadmill lying in front of my door with the delivery note stating not to delivery in house and if no one home leave without signature.
I immediately called shop nbc and was instructed to follow directions on back of reciept for return of merchandice. When I called the delivery company I was told i needed an authorization number. Ten days later when the number arived I called the delivery company and was told that they needed the authorization number directly from shop nbc. I was told they would call me to set up pick up time when they received authorization from shop nbc.
When I did not hear from them I called shop NBC and was told that they had sent the authorization to the wrong delivery company. Five days later I received another authorization from shop nbc. I then called the delivery company (associated global systems) requesting pick up for treadmill. I was given another phone number and was told to ask for Ryan.
When I called Ryan he gave me another number and told me to ask Jone Bennit. Jone Bennit told me to call another number and ask for Frank Sibol. Frank told me that they no longer picked up for shop nbc and gave me another number to call. When I called that number I was given yet another number and told to ask for Darline.
After 2 phone calls and numerious comlaints I was put in touch with old dominion company and put on their pick up delviery schedule. I spoke with dave sheldon and made arrangements for pick up. I was given excuses day after day for a total of one week and the treadmill was never picked up.in desperation I had a letter written by Parker Stanburry LLP attorney at Law 2 weeks ago without response from shop NBC.
This all has taken place over a four month period. Can you please help me to get shop nbc to pick up the treadmill. I have yet to give them any money for this because I don't want to pay for merchandise that I do not what. Once again this item is un-opened.
