My underage son was duped on their website. He used my credit card, not with my permission because he did not see the cleverly disguised charge on their free site. I contacted them 30 minutes afterward and have contacted them by email at least 8 times since. THey have sent me numerous emails that my refund had been approved and was being processed. Never happened. I called today and thei support line is no longer in service (9/7). I called NO More Rack (same company). Said that they were part of same company but did not have access to their records. So there was nothing she could do. I want my 99.00 refunded
