I know the amount of $7.95 is not much to loose but when you are
retired, it is. I bid and won a black/white watch on Bid Rack and supposibly it was shipped the 1st of August. As of this date October 12 I have yet to see any watch. I did not purchase a bid pack they just kept given me free bids, so I thought of well I may bid on a few things as I did the watch. I have contacted Bid Rack numerous (over 12) times since then about not receiving my
merchandise to no avail. They keep sending me emails that they will check into it and get back with me. So last month I just asked for my money back and forget the watch. Since then the email no not mention a refund as they seem to ignore that part and still no watch. Do not bid on anything with them, no matter what it is as they will not honor your purchase and you may never see it. Had to learn of them the hard way.
