On June 11th I decided to register for Bidrack.com, a registration which was advertised as free. When I entered my billing information, including my Credit Card number (which appeared to be for future purchases), I was charge for a $99 "package" that I did not know I was buying because of the deceptive layout of the page.

After several calls with the site's customer service and threatening to report them to the BBB as well as dispute the charges with my credit card company, I finally got someone who was willing to give me a refund. The agent informed me that the refund will process first thing on June 12th when the billing office open but it may take 5-7 days for me to receive my refund. I called back a few days later and spoke with an agent about the status of my refund. They informed me that I should have already received my refund according to my account notes. I was directed to email [email protected] and explain the situation. I have since sent several emails asking about the status of my refund. Each response I receive is a generic response that informs me that I will not be receiving a refund I was promised. I have called the company several times and each time I have been directed to send an email to the support address explaining the situation. And after each email, I receive a response saying that I will not be receiving a refund.

I have filled a complaint with the BBB.
