Looking at a test I provided on 09, Ms. Lesner was telling me that for $1,100 she can make me a hearing aid, in-the-ear style. She assured this price during six months and when I got the money I made the appointment of 04/30. To make the hearing aid she said I had also to pay for a hearing test. But, after making a poor and quick test Ms. Lesner said that she cannot make the hearing aid as promised, that I need more money. I was forced then to pay $75.00 for the test; why should I pay for a test that was supposed to be for making the hearing aid? I told her I need a hearing aid, not an isolated hearing test that I have not asked. Ms. Lesner only answer was "I am sorry, " but took my money and gave me No hearing aid. Ms. Lesner misleaded and abused me.
