I talked with a Hearing Planet rep from Tennessee today, and was very impressed with the way he conducted his business. He set up an appointment for me in Flowood, MS, and I personally talked to the hearing professional. I would be very surprised if this hearing aid purchase doesn't go well.
I am a little apprehensive about getting follow up help if needed, but the hearing aids do have a 45 day return clause in the warranty.
