My mother purchased 2 hearing aids from Rogers Hearing Solutions in April. This outfit seems to connect with Senior Centers and then takes advantage of the elderly whom don't know where else to go for help with their hearing. The devices never worked. They were services twice. They still don't work and now we receive a letter saying the service rep that sold her the hearing aids has been fired. My parents live on social security and are out $3,790. That is a lot of money. We will be requesting a FULL refund. If anyone else has had the same experience, please let us know.
