He makes the no brand, ill fitting hearing aids in his basement at a cost of about $5.00; and bills either you, or your insurance company for a huge sum of money. After admitting that he gave you a wrong hearing aid, one has to keep taking the wrong, and uncomfortable hearing aid from their ear, since one has to wait quite awhile for a complaint appointment.
If the hearing aid becomes damged since one has to keep removing it from their ear, and you call him informimng him of the same. His wife will say that it's okay because one was given a wring hearing aid. When one finally gets to take it in; Mr. Robinson refuses to replace it, unless one pays for a new one because it became damaged.
