I was told for 80$ I would get 5gbs of broadband, when I ran out I applied another 30$ and then 15$ worth of prepaid, I was told by their associates that for 20$ and the 30$ I already spent, I should have gotten 2gbs for the 30$ and 1gb for the 20$, instead I was given 300mbs? I called to rectify the problem. It made no sense that for 80$ I get 5gbs, but for 30$ I only get 300mbs? After being on hold for 45mins, I was told the quoted prices I was given were for ipad users?
I added up the amounts I have spent, and all in all, I have been paying 145$ to be told one thing and have it switched to another. For 30$ I should have gotten 2gb, instead, 300mbs?
