House was condemned by city. Nationstar sent their Ins.Co. Division to look at house.ins. Sent check to Nationstar, but did not pay house off. Nationstar Insurance Division said foundation was faulty when house was built in 1920, and they were not going to pay. Did finally send check. Nationstar sent ck to Fannie Mae with wrong address. Did not send corrected check when Fannie Mae returned it. They foreclosed. I have been going back & forth since 01 with Nationstar & Ins. Division no straight answer. I do have a credit report with 0 bal.in 02, but next month it was right back to over $38,000 bal owed. The city now says the house was not condemned, but have a letter from city atty, who now says house was just a nuisance. Everyone is lying.
