I also had a bad experience with Julia's Bra Shop.
12 days after placing my order I contacted them via email and asked if the items were shipped. No Answer, so I emailed again and told them to cancel the order if it had not shipped yet. 2 days later I get an email saying the items were shipped!
The items that arrived were the wrong items so I emailed about returning. Guess what, no answer! I returned the items anyway and tracked them so I had proof of when they were recieved.
10 days after they were recieved by Julia's Bra Shop I emailed asking about the refund. Surprise, they actually emailed back and said they would forward to that dept!
I waited a week, then called and left a messages 3 times, no one ever answered the phone in person and several times the mailbox was full. I never received a return call. I also emailed and did recieve an answer that the refund would be within a week.
Hurrah, the refund came but they did not refund the initial or return shipping fees. Their site says they will pay return shipping when they send the wrong items. I have asked about this but doubt they will return my emails.
My advice, stay away from Julias Bra Shop unless you have a lot of extra time and patience to deal with their flakiness!
