Misrepresented their clothes and sent Dirty, defective clothes refused to return emails or calls

I started the process in talking to a sales rep by the name of Lenny on 1/15/10 and Lenny was all willing to help and get me the information I needed about manifasts, shipping costs etc.
On 1/20/10 I placed an order for some clothes as per their title in writting it states "New Baby & Toddler Outfits: Nice embroidery, many different designs, sizes & styles. Take 250 pieces at a low $2.99 each! 1,000 pieces for only $2.49 each. Call for pictures! F.O.B. FL" We purchased 500 pieces. Per Lenny there is no manifast for a small order like this. So he emailed me an invoice
On 1/22/10 (Friday) we we wired the money per the invoice is stated req ship date 1/20/10. After the money was received which I called to verify on the 25th (Monday) and was told at that time from a very rude couldn't understand her woman that my order won't be ready for up to 7 business days which didn't make sense.
On 1/27/10 received a call from Lenny telling me that my order will be ready on the 28th after 3 pm (I am doing my own shipping they wanted to charge me 300.00 to ship 2 pallets when I got the shipping through another company for 150.00)
On 2/4/10 I received my product. I only received one pallet not two so I do an inventory of the items that day. I came up with 500 items but out of that 500,140 of them were dirty/damaged or not even baby/toddler clothes. Out of the 360 left 117 of them were the exact same style and design unlike what they stated as "many different designs, sizes & styles". Then out of that balance of 243 only 79 of them were toddler clothes and out of that 79,59 of them were again the same style and design. They are all suppose to be new but out of those 79 which they are onesies all the clothes tags not price tags were curled up like the items have been washed and worn. I have no proof that these are new clothes there are no tags.
On 2/4/10 I contacted my sales rep Lenny right away and then the next day on the 5th I emailed him a manifest that I typed up so he can see what the problem was.
On 2/5/10 Lenny called me back after I emailed him again about the problem and he put me on hold then came back and said his manager gave him permission to give me credit on my next order and I ship the 140 items that were dirty/damaged/wrong sizes back. I told him I wasn't paying the shipping I already paid for the shipping and I don't want credit I want refund. He told me he would have to get back to me
On 2/6/10 I called Lenny to follow up and per Lenny his manager will email me
On 2/8/10 I emailed Lenny cause I still didn't hear anything. So finally very late afternoon i get an email from a "David Eckhaus" telling me he gave Lenny the authorization to return the dirty clothes and he isn't sure what my remaining concern is and to email him. So I did on the 2/9/10 when I saw the email.
I have been following up since that email and the only thing I got back was on on the 10th was he is out of the office and will follow up that afternoon. And of course nothing. I have sent numerous emails to the email that david used and Lenny's email. And have return receipts they have been read. Yesterday on 2/16/10 I get a response back from a Steve that he will forward my email to David. And thanking me for my patience well my patience is gone. I have been very patient and this is just out of control now.
