Repeated calls to NSTAR, the public utility company in Massachusetts, requesting a priority on restoring failed electrical service to Senior Citizens requiring electric service for medical reasons were ignored. This community has been without electric service for over 100 hours and were told by NSTAR recently that their service might not be restored for another 100 hours and no priority would be given to restore service to those needing electricity for medical reasons. Meanwhile, Senior Citizens had no refrigeration for medicines or electricity for medical machines such as oxygen generators. NSTAR should be investigated for gross incompetence and endangering the lives of others. Massachusetts state government has been inept in monitoring NSTAR and has been offering lip service only. Won't someone please help us?
