I had a rep from NSTAR at my door for service interruption due to a late payment due to a recent layoff and I have NEVER been treated so poorly by anyone on my own porch. This rep so so RUDE to me that even the NSTAR woman whom I was on the phone with to make a payment with overheard this lady berate me that she apologized for the woman's rudeness. She was appalled that this rep treated me this way. I was accused of lying and I was berated for having my 13 year old son answer the door. I was appalled. I am very upset by this woman's rudeness and I am thinking of changing companies if this is how NSTAR allows their reps to treat customers.
