Wrong meter to wrong unit

For years, i always wonder why our electric bill is so high, especially when we were out travel and absent for a month, we still have $80 a month, i called before, well she said it's ur old refridgerator.

The past few months, I keep wondering, so i finally thought, maybe i should check the meter and the number, and i was shocked to death, the meter number on our bill for the last 5 years wasn't even our unit, it's the biggest unit in our condo on the 3rd floor, i am paying their expensive bill for the last 5 years.

This is completely ridiculous.
